Starz Puzzles is a Whole New Puzzle Experience

Newly created and first-time presented, these dynamic, unique star-shaped puzzle pieces are the namesake of Starz Puzzles. Cut from true 1/4-inch, solid Maple hardwood (not plywood, not cardboard, not MDF board), these durable, solid-wood puzzle pieces are changing the way the world thinks of jigsaw puzzles. 

Unlike any other wooden jigsaw puzzle maker, Starz Puzzles are first cut on our laser cutters, and then inspected piece by piece before being prepared for printing. Next, the artist’s image or customer's personal image is printed directly onto the laser-cut wood substrate—a no-paper process—using high-technology UV printers. The result? A high-quality, superior finish unmatched by any other puzzle manufacturer.

Black Chipboard Box

NOT your average puzzle box, Starz black Chipboard Box is much stronger than cardboard, yet thinner. Starz also lines the entire inside of the box for added strength to ensure your puzzle is protected.

Starz puzzle pieces are never poured into the box. Instead, we lay the pieces flat and layer them. While a bit more time-consuming, this method guards against broken or chipped pieces. We then place a top board that includes a reference image over the pieces before sealing the box.

Black Flat Slim Sleeve

An innovative whose time has come. This patented Starz packaging design ships flat and is fantastic for storing puzzles. Quite thin compared to a regular puzzle box, this flat sleeve is both sturdy and sleek!

Set in a black 1/4" frame between front and back 3/8" casing, your puzzle arrives assembled lying flat in the sleeve. A reusable side clip on each side provides the ultimate puzzle protection.

Starz Heirloom Wood Box

Designed to be handed down from generation to generation, this handmade Ashwood box boasts a puzzle piece mounted in the top right corner, hidden lid hinges, and a recessed magnet to keep the lid shut and secure the puzzle pieces.

Black foam lines the bottom of the box and each puzzle piece is hand-placed inside, protected with a black chipboard topper, and sealed with an outer sleeve. Your puzzle's reference image is displayed on the sleeve's front with a larger image adhered to the inside of the lid. Only available with Starz large, medium, and small puzzles.

Simply choose a new image from one of Starz's many artists, and we'll print it onto your existing puzzle. Your new image will be inspected and shipped back to you in our black flat, slim sleeve.
