Important Note:  Upload your image in its highest resolution. Screen grabs are not an ideal option. Most phone cameras produce images of sufficient quality for reproduction. If your image is considered inadequate for creating a premium Starz Puzzle, we will halt the process and contact you for your approval or recommendations for adjustments. Questions? Cropping:

To ensure your image fits properly,  cropping may be necessary. All cropping will be deter-mined by the Starz Puzzles Art Department.

Image Resolution and File Format:

Submitted images should be at least (1 MB) in size. Larger is preferred for best quality and color. We accept the following files: jpg, eps, tiff, psd. We do not recommend scanned photos, images downloaded from social media, screenshots, or low-resolution images.

Do not submit copyrighted images. Only submit images that belong to you or that you have permission to use or reproduce.

All submitted images will be reviewed for quality and content. Starz Puzzles reserves the right to decline any order that it deems inappropriate or violent.
