Q: Can Starz make a puzzle using one of my own images?

Yes. We are happy to customize a puzzle for you. Go to our custom puzzles page to find out more.

Q: How difficult are your puzzles?

The difficulty of our puzzles varies and depends largely on the puzzler's skill level, the puzzle image, and the number of pieces. 

Q: What if I spill liquid on a puzzle?

Starz Puzzles does not use paper, so all of our puzzles are water resistant. If you spill liquid on your puzzle, just wipe it off with a dry or damp cloth and allow it to dry completely. If cleaned properly, the image should not be damaged or fade.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Starz Puzzles can ship anywhere in the world that accepts USPS shipping from the United States. The Starz website does process overseas orders to most countries.  All taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped to Illinois. Sales tax automatically displays in your shopping cart, but once you enter the shipping address, the shopping cart total will adjust accordingly.

Q: Can Starz ship an order to a post office box?

Yes we can.

Q: When I order online is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely! Our top priority is ensuring that all payment transactions are safe and secure. Starz Puzzles protects the security of your online transaction by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts data, allowing only Sinbad Sweets to decode your information and create a secure environment for Internet transactions. 


To further protect your security, we suggest you sign off your Starz account and close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others. Q: How do I place an order?

You can place an order from the Starz puzzles website 24/7, or call us directly at 630-501-1255 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: How will I know if Starz received my order?

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing it. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number and can be used as a receipt.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, call 630-501-1255 or email info@starzpuzzles.com.

Q: What is your shipping time?

All Starz Puzzles are cut and printed individually at the time of order. All orders ship from Elmhurst, Illinois. Shipping estimates are 3-7 business days, and custom orders can take up to 1-3 weeks.

Q: How do I change my shipping address once I've placed an order?

If you need to make any changes to your order once you've placed it, please call Starz Puzzles at 630-501-1255 or email info@starzpuzzles.com.

Q: How do I cancel an order after it's been placed?

If you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please contact Starz Puzzles at 630-501-1255 or email info@starzpuzzles.com. If your product has not yet shipped, you will receive a refund or credit after we process the cancellation. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment. If your purchase has already shipped to you, please follow the instructions below on how to return a purchase.

Q: How do I return a purchase?

In addition to the purchase(s) you are returning, please include a letter with the following information:

 

  • Your name, address, and email address
  • Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
  • A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)


All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). This allows you to use that service's online tracking system, so you'll know when Starz Puzzles receives your package. Please ship your letter and return package prepaid to the address below:

Please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for your package to reach Starz Puzzles. We will email you once we have received and processed your return, after which time, you can expect a refund within 15 days. We will either credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment


NOTE: We’re sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs on returned orders.

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

Puzzles from our artists' selections are refundable within 15 days. Custom puzzles created from submitted images are non-refundable.
